Lok Sabha Elections 2019: Split seats in SP-BSP in UP, know who will contest from where elections
Samajwadi Party and Bahujan Samaj Party, which combine alliances in Uttar Pradesh for the Lok Sabha elections in 2019, has been divided into seats today. Both the parties will contest the 75 seats together. Bahujan Samaj Party will fight 38 and Samajwadi Party will contest 37 seats.
After the consent of Bahujan Samaj Party President Mayawati and Samajwadi Party President Akhilesh Yadav, the two parties have announced their seats today.
If the Bahujan Samaj Party will field its candidates in 38 seats, then the Samajwadi Party will field 37 candidates. None of the two parties will contest from Amethi and Rae Bareli. Samajwadi Party has been given majority of seats in western Uttar Pradesh. Bahujan Samaj Party has got most of the seats in eastern Uttar Pradesh.

Saharanpur, Bijnor, Nagina, Amroha, Meerut, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Bulandshahr, Aligarh, Agra, Fatehpur Sikri, Amla, Shahjahanpur, Dhaurah, Sitapur, Mishrikh Mohanlalganj, Sultanpur, Pratapgarh, Farrukhabad, Akbarpur, Jalna, Hamirpur, Fatehpur, Ambedkar Nagar, Kaisarganj, Shravasti, Dumariaganj, Basti, Sant Kobirnagar, Deoria, Bansgaon, Lalgonj, Ghosi, Salempur, Jaunpur, Fishshahar, Ghajipur, Bhadohi.
Samajwadi Party Seats
According to the list, the seats in the west, Awadh, Bundelkhand and Purvanchal have got seats. Karaana, Moradabad, Rampur, Sambhal, Ghaziabad, Hathras, Firozabad, Mainpuri, Etah, Badayun, Bareilly, Pilibhit, Kheri, Hardoi, Unnao, Lucknow, Etawah, Kannauj, Kanpur, Jhansi, Banda, Kaushambi, Phulpur, Allahabad, Barabanki, Faisalabad, Bahraich, Gonda, Maharajganj, Gorakhpur, Kushinagar, Azamgarh, Ballia, Chandauli, Varanasi, Mirzapur and Robertsgunj will contest the election from the SP.
National Lok Dal will contest in three seats. National Lok Dal will get some extra seats from Samajwadi Party quota. National Lok Dal has been given three seats for the time being.
BSP supremo Mayawati had announced only after the alliance with the Samajwadi Party that the BSP will contest 37 seats in the SP and 38 seats.
